Usually we make the product in two types:
1)One layer of smaller rubber granules with EPDM flecks on surface
2)Two layers, surface layer of small rubber granules with EPDM flecks, bottom layer with bigger rubber granules.
The two looks the same from surface, and both strong enough for gym area equipemnts, only bottom with different size granules.

The gym rubber fllooring are manufactured in 1 metre x 1 metre size, 15-50mm thick, with top bevelled edges around the perimeter.

The individual weight of each tile makes them perfect for loose laid installations thereby eliminating adhesive costs and significantly reducing labour. This makes good sense for the fitness centre owners who can treat the floor as an asset which is removable if relocation is required.

You can lay them out wall to wall or use them to make area mats under your equipment. Whichever way you choose the gym floor take all the work out of you choosing and installing your gym flooring.
